Unknown Service Line Letter
TLWC is participating in the US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) enhanced Lead and Copper Rule, an important national public health initiative to remove lead from America's drinking water. While TLWC does not have any known lead pipes on the utility side of the water distribution system, this multi-year EPA rule focuses on identifying water service line pipe materials, including those that are customer owned on private property.
The Lead & Copper Rule revisions require that community public water systems develop a service line inventory taht accurately identifies the material type for each service line that is delivering water to homes from the public water system.

REMINDER - Rates Change January 1!
Water Service Fees are increasing to $62.00 per month ($64.00 if you receive a paper bill) effective January 1, 2026. Please remember to change the bill pay amount with your bank to reflect the new fee.
